About The Position

Product Manager will define the product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics that drive product-led growth for small property owners and managers, aligning with company goals and customer needs. Leverage customer research and analytics to uncover pain points, refine personas, and inform product opportunities that drive adoption and engagement. Lead your development team to ship high-quality, data-informed solutions with speed, clarity, and measurable business impact. Own and optimize the onboarding flow end to end, identifying and executing opportunities that deliver measurable growth in acquisition, activation, and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Engineering, and Data to align on growth goals, surface insights, and deliver scalable, high-impact experiences. Communicate product vision and roadmaps effectively to a wide range of audiences, from cross-functional partners to executive leadership. Design, run, and analyze experiments (A/B tests, in-product prompts, onboarding improvements, pricing iterations) to validate hypotheses and improve key funnel metrics.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
  • 1 year of experience in the skill sets listed in the job description
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with Notion
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with LucidChart
  • Experience with Fullstory

Benefits

  • Base salary up to $160,000 annually
