About The Position

Join MSCI’s Private Assets Product team to shape the Private Assets Diligence Platform (formerly Vantager), an AI-native platform that helps institutional investors conduct faster, more consistent diligence on private funds and managers. The platform turns GP documents and data into structured, decision-ready insight and is a core part of MSCI’s private assets offering. This hands-on, execution-oriented role works closely with senior product leadership, Engineering, Coverage, and Marketing to translate client needs into shipped features. It covers product strategy, client engagement, delivery, and go-to-market activities on a live product with active client deployments.

  • Experience writing specifications, mapping processes, and working within an agile development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or tools; working knowledge of retrieval, extraction, evaluation, and agentic workflows.
  • Comfort working with data to define product strategy, measure usage, and produce management reporting.
  • Ability to run client conversations and translate feedback into product decisions.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong bias toward execution and shipping.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
