Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Product Manager or in a related position.
  • Experience must include integrating customer feedback through iterative loop systems; performing iterative product prototyping to enhance functionality and user experience; SDLC management; RESTful APIs, API integration and Postman

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company and with external customers to identify challenges and drive efficiency and operational excellence for our advisors and business.
  • Define a clear strategy, vision, and roadmap for products that delight our customers.
  • Research and communicate the competitive landscape and emerging market trends within our industry.
  • Generate insights and actionable recommendations through deep analysis and alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with customers and senior business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Own the product throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
  • Define, drive, and measure product success, and use Jira to write initiatives, features, epics, and user stories that clearly articulate customer value and desired functionality for engineering teams.
