About The Position

Come make a difference in a fast-growing, innovative, Software Product Management team that combines a scale-up atmosphere with a global industry-leading product portfolio. You’ll be part of building the future of Trackunit’s connected ecosystem - helping shape products that connect people, data, and machines to build a smarter construction industry. At Trackunit, we put our customers first. As a Product Manager, you’ll work across teams and departments to guide software products from research and idea through to launch - connecting the customer, technical, and business worlds. You’ll break down complex problems into clear, actionable steps and drive product development with focus, purpose, and measurable outcomes. This is a new product area at Trackunit, focused on the person who runs the job site day to day, coordinating equipment, safety and crew productivity on the ground. We're early in this space and building from a first concrete starting point, but the ambition is broader, understanding and solving the daily challenges this persona faces on site. It's a chance to shape a product area from the ground up, starting close to a real customer problem. As Product Manager for this area, you will own the roadmap and priorities that help managers run a smoother, safer job site day to day. You will work closely with Engineering, Design and Go to Market teams to turn a broad and still evolving problem space into real product value for our customers. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings clarity amid change, and builds strong alignment across diverse teams. If you’re passionate about creating meaningful products and want to make a tangible impact in a global SaaS company - we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Comfortable in your product management craft and have experience taking a product from zero to one, defining scope and direction in an ambiguous space rather than executing against an already defined roadmap.
  • Skilled at getting close to users through direct discovery, including field based research, and can translate what you learn from users into a clear product direction.
  • Think and build AI-first. Reach for AI capabilities as a default design tool - not a bolt-on -and know how to evaluate when AI genuinely reduces friction versus when it adds noise. Have shipped or closely partnered on AI-powered product features, and can have a substantive conversation with engineers about what’s feasible, what’s not, and what’s worth the bet.
  • Bring great structuring and analytical skills with the ability to implement strategic product plans and to proactively make things happen with a hands-on attitude.
  • An effective communicator who knows how to work asynchronously and across time zones.
  • Experienced in the full product lifecycle: from backlog refinement and sprint execution to coordinating with go-to-market teams.
  • Adept at navigating trade-offs, bringing cross-functional clarity, and moving work forward.
  • Bring commercial awareness and know how to define and measure progress with data and feedback loops.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic. Comfortable aligning when you can, and pushing forward when you can’t.
  • Focus on delivering impact, not just output, and own what you build.

Nice To Haves

  • Built products for frontline, non desk based users, and know how to design for someone who is on the move, at a job site, rather than sitting at a computer.

Responsibilities

  • Own the direction for this new product area: Define what gets built and why, as we grow from an early starting point into a product that supports site managers and foremen running the job site day to day.
  • Drive end-to-end product execution: Own the build process from backlog refinement to release, working closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts: Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure launches are aligned, well-orchestrated, and supported by clear enablement.
  • Create clarity across functions: Align teams on scope, trade-offs, and timelines, especially where regional context, dependencies, or ambiguity exist.
  • Build effective async collaboration: Communicate clearly across time zones and stakeholders, using structured, proactive updates to keep momentum.
  • Shape how we work: Contribute to evolving product practices, frameworks, and rituals, rather than just following what exists.

Benefits

  • Possibility to work from one of the dedicated offices and remotely in a flexible capacity.
  • Possibilities to grow internally in the company.
  • International environment with regular check-ins and social events across teams, departments and borders.
  • Support for personal and professional development goals through training, coaching and mindfulness.
  • Open feedback culture to enable you to identify your strengths and opportunities.
  • Flexible setup and belief that you best can structure how your routines look like.
  • IT equipment needed for your work.
