How You’ll help us connect the world: RUCKUS Networks is seeking a Product Manager, Ethernet Switching to help drive the growth and success of our switching portfolio and shape the future of enterprise networking. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your products—from early market discovery through launch, evolution, and end‑of‑sale. Our Product Managers are empowered decision‑makers who influence strategy, execution, and outcomes across the business. Work closely with software PLM to define nexgen features including Agentic AI capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably with enterprise networking products
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise LAN and campus networking architectures

  • Experience analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the Ethernet switching portfolio, driving data‑informed decisions that impact revenue, margin, and market share
  • Define product positioning, pricing, promotions, and messaging that clearly communicate customer value and competitive differentiation
  • Lead cross‑portfolio initiatives that integrate switching, Wi‑Fi, RUCKUS One, and AI, strengthening RUCKUS’s leadership in enterprise networking
  • Manage new product introductions, product transitions, forecasts, and P&L performance
  • Partner closely with Sales, distributors, resellers, and customers to evangelize solutions and accelerate adoption
  • Represent RUCKUS externally through webinars, blogs, whitepapers, customer briefings, and industry events
