About The Position

As a Product Manager, you define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with the broader product line and ACI strategy. You act as the product champion by driving customer adoption, identifying and addressing market pain points, and maximizing product ROI. You collaborate closely with marketing, product marketing, and commercial teams to shape go-to-market strategies and clearly articulate the product’s value proposition to customers and prospects. You maintain deep knowledge of the payments industry and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and influence overall ACI product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, product development, technical support, or related roles with exposure to marketing.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visa status or work permit now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, validate, and manage stakeholder requirements; conduct market research and analysis to define solutions and document requirements.
  • Serve as the primary product and target market subject matter expert.
  • Define product positioning within the portfolio and drive integration with other products to support strategic objectives.
  • Own the product release strategy and delivery cadence, ensuring requirements support growth, market share, and ACI’s end-to-end payments capabilities.
  • Clearly articulate product value and positioning; support product marketing, go-to-market planning, and product launches.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, packaging, and performance metrics to drive profitability and market penetration.
  • Establish and manage product financial goals, including P&L performance across Maintenance, Products, AOD, and Services; develop business cases and support stage-gate funding decisions.
  • Monitor financial and operational performance, forecast results, and take proactive actions to achieve targets.
  • Comply with all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
