About The Position

The Product Team is integral to KEV’s success, driving product innovation, customer value, and revenue growth across our platform. We partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, high-impact SaaS solutions and foster a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement. We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and delivering product capabilities across key domains such as Payments, SchoolCash Accounting, or Fundraising. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, customer-obsessed, and commercially minded, with experience in B2B SaaS environments and a strong track record of shipping impactful products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within B2B SaaS environments (FinTech preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering and shipping products in complex, enterprise or platform-based environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, adoption, and customer success
  • Experience working closely with go-to-market teams, including Sales and Customer Success
  • Systems thinker with the ability to break down complex workflows and design scalable, effective solutions
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product capabilities or strong interest in applying AI to real-world product challenges

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale product operations frameworks (e.g., OKRs, planning cadences, execution tracking) — driving alignment between product strategy and delivery while improving organizational visibility
  • Design and implement scalable systems and processes — enabling operational efficiency, reduced friction, and increased team velocity
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual coordination — contributing to productivity gains and smarter ways of working
  • Own and optimize the product and engineering tooling ecosystem — ensuring strong adoption, consistent practices, and improved execution quality
  • Build and maintain resource planning and capacity models — enabling leadership to make informed prioritization and investment decisions
  • Lead cross-functional operational initiatives — driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, and G&A functions to improve overall business performance
  • Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards — supporting data-driven decision-making and clear executive communication
  • Partner with Technical Product Managers and Engineering teams — ensuring smooth execution across the product lifecycle from planning through release
  • Continuously identify and eliminate inefficiencies — ensuring scalable processes that support long-term growth and operational excellence
