About The Position

Working within the Vusion Product team, the role will focus on driving day-to-day product execution across multiple products at different stages of maturity, ensuring high-quality delivery and maximizing the value of our data solutions. This includes supporting a product in maintenance and transition, as well as contributing to the delivery of a new product currently in pilot with a key customer. This role is a 12-month FTC.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or B2B software.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry, either directly or via product experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable engaging in technical discussions (e.g., APIs, system integrations, data flows) and able to challenge or support engineering decisions constructively.
  • Comfortable working with and discussing data.
  • Experience writing clear user stories, product specs, and documentation.
  • Strong UX sensibility: ability to review wireframes and prototypes, and contribute to design decisions when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and visual – for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features, enhancements, and ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
  • Work within defined product direction and constraints to support delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Ensure UI/UX designs are intuitive and aligned with requirements, working with UX teams when required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders (engineering, commercial, support, operations), helping to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Track product performance through KPIs and analytics, using insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop strong product and domain knowledge to act as a subject matter expert for internal teams.
