The Product Manager also develops and manages the product’s business model, including pricing strategy, revenue targets, and cost considerations to ensure long-term product viability. They partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to define go-to-market strategies, support product positioning, and enable successful market adoption while monitoring product financial performance and market traction.
