About The Position

Banyan Software is seeking a Product Manager for DualEnroll, a Banyan Portfolio Company. DualEnroll is a cloud-based SaaS platform that streamlines and automates dual and concurrent enrollment for colleges. This is the second product hire on the team, reporting directly to the Head of Product. The role offers significant ownership and a fast-paced environment, with direct interaction with customers and product decisions from week one. The Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the existing platform, including change requests, configuration, prioritization, and customer escalations. They will also manage the delivery process from idea to production, help shape the Agile process with the CTO, iterate on AI workflows, and act as a liaison between various teams (Engineering, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, QA).

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in Product Management, Product Operations, or Technical Project Management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience owning a backlog, running standups, and shipping releases in an Agile environment.
  • Hands-on AI tool fluency, with experience building agents, prompts, or LLM-assisted workflows in a work setting.
  • Strong analytical instincts to extract insights from usage data, support trends, and customer feedback.
  • Clear communication skills with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with workflow engines, process automation, or configurable SaaS platforms.
  • Must be US-based.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in B2B SaaS workflow platforms, configurable products, or EdTech.
  • Experience as a developer or technical BA who moved into product, or a PM with technical depth to read code and reason about architecture.
  • Experience with automation and integration tooling such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.

Responsibilities

  • Make day-to-day decisions on the existing platform, including change requests, configuration calls, prioritization trade-offs, and customer escalations.
  • Manage the delivery process from idea to production, including JIRA hygiene, sprint rhythm, QA handoffs, release notes, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Iterate on and integrate AI skills and agents into the existing workflow.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Implementation, Support, Customer Success, and QA, producing release notes, decision summaries, and updates.
  • Engage in regular customer conversations to understand workflow context.
