About The Position

The Product Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to define, drive, and evolve the strategic vision for enterprise technology products and platforms, while leading the strategic lifecycle of cross ‑ departmental technology products and balancing firm ‑ wide strategic outcomes with near ‑ term delivery needs and operational priorities. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Requirements

• Possess expert knowledge of product management practices and the Agile software development lifecycle
• Demonstrate the ability to define and articulate enterprise ‑ level product vision and strategy across multiple products
• Exhibit advanced ability to translate business strategy into clear, actionable product direction
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field, preferably
• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience as a product manager for Agile software development teams or related areas

Nice To Haves

• Technical certifications in relevant areas, such as Agile Certification, Scrum Master, or SAFe, preferably

Responsibilities

• Defining, documenting, and communicating multi ‑ year product vision and strategy across multiple products, and translating strategic intent into clear, actionable product direction for delivery teams
• Partnering with senior business stakeholders and Technology & Information Services leadership to evaluate product investments, guide prioritization decisions, and align business strategy with technology delivery
• Developing and maintaining portfolio ‑ level roadmaps that articulate product sequencing, dependencies, and long ‑ term direction, and communicating releases and milestones to stakeholders
• Engaging directly in product definition and solution shaping to resolve ambiguity, mitigate risk, unblock delivery, or accelerate value realization for critical initiatives
• Overseeing product health, performance, and value realization across the product portfolio using metrics, outcomes, and feedback to inform ongoing strategy
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
