About The Position

Lob is seeking an energized Product Manager to help us navigate the complexities of our scaling mail logistics platform. In this role, you will be a problem-solver who bridges the gap between customer needs and technical execution. You’ll start off focused on Finance projects, such as usage billing, pricing simulations, and dynamic discount logic. We are looking for someone with a natural curiosity, a sharp product sense, comfortability with financial topics, and a relentless drive to get things done.

Requirements

2+ years working in a B2B software startup environment as a PM or Solutions/Deployment Engineer
Previous experience working with accounting teams, financial software, or supply chain management
A palpable excitement for learning, growing, and leveling up strategic product skills.
Comfortable jumping on technical calls with engineers and contributing to architectural discussions.

Responsibilities

Own delivery for your product area, balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations to meet commitments
Demonstrate attention to detail when executing large-scale projects, ensuring proactive communication with the right stakeholders at the right times.
Gain a deep understanding of internal Accounting workflows, so as to write SOPs and lead trainings as they adapt to new tooling
Identify potential risks early in the product lifecycle, navigate trade-offs alongside teammates, and use decisive judgment to keep high-impact work moving forward
Drive roadmap strategy by conducting deep user research, translating complex technical insights into "Jobs To Be Done," championing the customer, and weighing expected business impact against core company goals.
Practice a clear and concise communication style, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Take initiative and follow through on projects that increase the Product team’s collective ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
Act as a champion for emerging AI technologies, and actively work with AI to streamline the product process from design prototyping to QA
