About The Position

This role is open to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. The Product Manager will support the Business Director in executing business plans, marketing and pricing strategies, developing regional sales forecasting, and providing support on regulatory and commercial topics. This role requires deep product knowledge, customer intimacy, and an understanding of target markets to drive market development for North America. The Product Manager will also maintain, develop, monitor, conduct, and communicate market analysis and market intelligence/trends in collaboration with the sales force, global marketing, and other relevant parties. Additionally, they will serve as the primary commercial contact for transactional, prospect, and designated distributor accounts, handling quotations, order follow-up, product inquiries, and day-to-day account management. The role involves evaluating new market opportunities in North America in close cooperation with the sales force to achieve short, mid, and long-term business objectives, and preparing forecasts for accurate business planning. Coordination with relevant supply functions, including global and regional supply chain, is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or another closely related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and reasoning skills.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent understanding of how to develop a business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
