About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in United States. This role leads the strategy, development, and adoption of a key enterprise product, driving innovation and delivering impactful experiences for large-scale customers. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure successful rollouts that meet both business and user needs. Acting as a customer advocate, you will spend significant time gathering insights, translating them into actionable product improvements, and measuring adoption to maximize value. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a balance of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly influences product success and customer satisfaction. Occasional customer visits may be required to understand workflows and validate solutions in real-world contexts.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise software, procurement technology, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, fintech, or guided buying/intake solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into product features and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with customer research, journey mapping, and product documentation.
  • Comfortable making data-driven decisions, analyzing metrics, and iterating based on findings.
  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities while maintaining focus on product vision and impact.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LLM-based solutions or AI-driven workflows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Miro, Confluence, or FullStory is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning strategy with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights, business requirements, and market trends to inform product decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Prioritize features and initiatives by balancing urgent customer requests, long-term strategy, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring clarity on goals, progress, and trade-offs across teams.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and user feedback to continuously improve and scale solutions.
