About The Position

This role is a high-impact, technical product management position focused on driving infrastructure and developer-facing experiences. You will partner closely with engineering teams to design, deliver, and optimize distributed systems that power core business functions and enhance developer productivity. The position requires balancing technical feasibility with business impact, defining key success metrics, and ensuring reliable, scalable infrastructure solutions. You will engage with internal stakeholders and external users to identify pain points, validate solutions, and guide architecture and investment decisions. This role offers the opportunity to influence major technology initiatives, shape long-term system design, and unlock new growth opportunities across enterprise and global markets. Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience, ideally in enterprise or B2B environments
• Proven track record of defining, launching, and scaling complex products from ideation to general availability
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Executive Leadership) and aligning on product vision
• Expertise in analyzing and refining Customer User Journeys (CUJs) to identify high-value opportunities
• Strong data-driven approach to decision-making, including KPI definition, impact analysis, and product dashboards
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to validate assumptions and guide product strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML products, LLMs, or conversational AI agents
• Technical background (Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience) to engage deeply with engineering trade-offs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Core Infra, Developer Infra, Data Platform, and Service Platform teams to ship impactful, reliable functionality

• Guide architecture and investment decisions, weighing trade-offs between short-term solutions and long-term sustainability
• Interact with internal and external users to understand needs and define critical infrastructure abstractions
• Validate product ideas and prototypes with early adopters
• Define success metrics and track performance for developer-facing products
• Contribute to AI/ML initiatives and internal AI agent projects to enhance productivity and user experience
