About The Position

In this creative and hands-on role, you will shape how a fast-growing global brand is experienced across digital, product, and marketing touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role offers the opportunity to evolve brand systems, design high-impact campaigns, and contribute to launches that reach a worldwide audience. You will help build scalable, consistent, and distinctive visual identities across platforms. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in brand design or visual design roles, either in-house or within an agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, visual storytelling, and multi-channel design work.
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with motion design experience considered a plus.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished, pixel-perfect designs.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments.

  • Experience contributing to or working within design systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Apply and evolve brand guidelines to create cohesive, scalable, and distinctive visual assets across all channels.
  • Design marketing and product visuals including campaign key art, social graphics, email banners, presentation decks, and motion elements.
  • Develop templates, design systems, and asset libraries to enable consistent and efficient content production.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, motion, and content teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to quality control through design reviews and continuous feedback.
  • Explore new creative directions, propose improvements, and stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.
