About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Growth Specialist to join a dynamic, remote-first team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, campaign performance, and product visibility. You will research, plan, execute, and analyze campaigns across SEO, SEA, paid ads, email, and social media while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Design teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making data-driven decisions, and has a strong focus on measurable results. You will have the opportunity to optimize campaigns, improve lead quality, and directly contribute to the growth and visibility of products and services. Creativity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, advertising, or digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEA, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance marketing.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Figma, and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Zapier or similar workflow automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives to increase organic traffic and paid campaign efficiency.
  • Plan, launch, and improve paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other channels.
  • Develop and manage landing pages and CTAs aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Build and execute email marketing flows including automation, drips, transactional, and mass campaigns.
  • Manage social media campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze marketing metrics, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Design, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.
  • Identify bottlenecks, resolve performance issues, and make pragmatic decisions to keep campaigns on track.
