Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years as a product manager in high-growth, consumer-focused companies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that impact millions of users.
  • Experience using data-driven decision-making, analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, or similar), and experimentation frameworks.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with engineering, design, and business teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into actionable plans and user-centric solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Track record of successfully launching products, improving conversion, and driving business growth.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing what matters most and executing effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end consumer product experiences, from user onboarding to purchase and engagement.
  • Leverage data, user insights, and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize conversion rates.
  • Lead experimentation and iteration, developing hypotheses and testing solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Launch new insurance products and features, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
  • Drive strategic product initiatives, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle, identifying friction points and opportunities to improve usability.
