About The Position

In this role, you will drive operational excellence and ensure product initiatives launch successfully and deliver maximum value to customers. You will act as the central liaison between Product, Operations, and customer-facing teams, translating insights from user feedback and operational trends into actionable recommendations. This position requires leading change management, building cross-functional processes, and continuously improving workflows to enhance product quality and customer experience. You will collaborate with a highly dynamic team, leveraging data, AI tools, and automation to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. This role is remote-first, offering flexibility while requiring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, product management, business consulting, or finance
  • At least 5 years of experience leading and managing projects across multiple teams
  • Advanced data skills including SQL, Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides, and experience presenting analyses to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in dynamic environments, prioritize effectively, and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, forward-thinking, and proficient in leveraging AI and automation tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with customer feedback analysis and using insights to guide product enhancements preferred
  • Experience in consumer technology or multi-sided marketplaces is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure customers, partners, and internal teams are informed and prepared for product updates
  • Analyze customer feedback and operational trends to generate actionable insights that influence the product roadmap
  • Bridge communication between Product, Operations, and other teams, advocating for the voice of the customer
  • Drive product quality and operational excellence through feedback channels, operational playbooks, and issue resolution
  • Build cross-functional partnerships and use data-driven recommendations to support leadership decisions
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of processes, programs, and product launches to optimize outcomes
  • Implement AI tools and automation to streamline workflows, uncover insights, and improve efficiency
