About The Position

This role is a key analytical position supporting Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leadership by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. You will own reporting, build dashboards, and analyze the full buyer journey to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and improve operational efficiency. The position requires collaboration with GTM and Finance teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. You will work with data across CRM, marketing, and analytics systems to ensure accuracy and reliability. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role within a SaaS or high-growth tech company, or transferable experience from Consulting, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy.
  • Proficiency in SQL and solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and core GTM/revenue operations workflows.
  • Strong analytical instincts and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into compelling insights.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with high standards for accuracy and data quality.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable working fully remotely using tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and KPI reporting to provide reliable, self-serve insights for GTM teams.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities across the buyer journey.
  • Perform CAC and ROAS analysis for acquisition channels to optimize spend efficiency and growth strategies.
  • Partner with Finance and Revenue teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning through data modeling and historical trend analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across CRM, marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Design and maintain win/loss analysis frameworks to capture feedback and inform improvements across Sales, Marketing, and Product.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
