About The Position

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to deliver data products for data-centric businesses globally. The role directs strategy and execution for Acxiom’s Data & Identity Layer from conception through end of life, serving as a central resource across product, design, engineering, architecture, quality, marketing, and delivery. The Product Manager partners with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute product development plans and ensure products meet defined performance goals. The position operates independently as the product owner within a defined scope, contributing to broader product strategy while owning day-to-day product decisions, delivery, and performance. It has no direct reports, though the Product Manager may guide and informally mentor less experienced associates. The position is home-based in Conway, Arkansas, and may require travel up to 25%.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 4 years of product management or related experience.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
Familiarity with marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
The position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing large-scale implementation of data sets, including data ingestion and integration.
Experience with transformation and reporting tools.
Strong technical abilities and willingness to get into technical details as needed.
Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, or Python.
Advanced, proven knowledge of Acxiom products.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Practical experience in AdTech/MarTech or data-driven product ecosystems.
Interest in or experience with AI concepts, such as MCP servers, APIs, or agent prompt crafting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the directly responsible individual for a product, sub-product, or defined capability and act as the product-level first point of response for stakeholders.
Collect and prioritize market and stakeholder requirements, translating them into product enhancements and plans.
Define and execute a product roadmap aligned with broader product or domain strategy.
Build and maintain product business plans supporting revenue, adoption, and cost-efficiency goals.
Own and manage product roadmaps and backlogs, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
Establish and manage quarterly OKRs and product KPIs, such as revenue, adoption, availability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Execute product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders on product launches, positioning, and adoption.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement using financial, operational, and client satisfaction metrics.
Work with privacy, legal, and compliance teams to address requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Support research and analysis to inform product enhancements, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Escalate complex cross-product dependencies, strategic tradeoffs, and investment considerations to senior product leadership.
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced associates.
