About The Position

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for digital and Salesforce platforms. The Product Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce product management and champion Agile best practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in digital and/or Salesforce product environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related products) including requirements gathering, configuration, and user adoption.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for digital and Salesforce platforms, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, customers, and end-users to inform product decisions.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, sales, marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market data to drive data-informed decisions and optimize product offerings.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce product management, including configuration, customization, and integration with other digital solutions.
  • Champion Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
