We’re looking for a Product Manager, Portal & Member Services to own and evolve our Member Portal and related digital products. These key platforms are used by music industry stakeholders such as songwriters, composers, publishers, and managers to manage accounts, access music catalogs, review royalty information, and interact with support services. This is a strategic role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You’ll be responsible for shaping product vision, driving meaningful outcomes for members, and enabling internal teams through clear priorities, strong product practices, and effective stakeholder alignment.
