About The Position

Amazon Cross Border enables customers worldwide to easily discover and purchase international products from Amazon's global websites. This service simplifies customs, speeds up delivery, and provides local language and payment support, backed by world-class customer service. With a presence in multiple countries, Cross Border is central to Amazon's global expansion strategy. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative program leader to spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing the delivery experience across various Amazon stores. In this role, you will leverage thought leadership, analytical prowess, cross-functional collaboration, business acumen, and strategic thinking to innovate for our cross-border customers. You will thrive in a technologically advanced environment, developing a deep understanding of cross-border shoppers and their needs to scale the program globally. This position offers the opportunity to lead and collaborate with tech teams on solutions for customer experience, cross-border delivery, and consolidation initiatives. You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and eager to solve complex cross-border and cross-regional challenges. You will encounter novel and demanding situations daily and, given the scale of this initiative, will have the chance to engage with numerous supply chain, logistics product, and technical teams across Amazon's international locations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Master's degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive consolidation opportunities across Amazon's cross-border business, including pre-checkout experience, order bundling, and delivery promise, to enhance customer experience and reduce fulfillment costs for international customers.
  • Own and drive the product roadmap to improve cross-border consolidation rates across key marketplaces, collaborating with CX, Promise, and Fulfillment teams to scale optimization solutions globally.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement consolidation optimization in pre-checkout flows, working with CX, Promise, Widgets, and Marketplace teams to influence customer purchase behavior towards consolidation-friendly outcomes.
  • Partner with an AI-focused team to develop intelligent, data-driven solutions that automate and accelerate consolidation decision-making.
  • Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple concurrent work-streams with CX, Promise, and Fulfillment stakeholders.
