About The Position
Amazon Cross Border enables customers worldwide to easily access a vast selection of international products. This initiative simplifies customs, speeds up delivery, and provides local language and payment support, backed by world-class customer service. With a global presence, Cross Border is central to Amazon's international expansion. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative program leader to spearhead improvements in the delivery experience across various Amazon stores. This role requires thought leadership, strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, business acumen, and strategic thinking to innovate for cross-border customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with advanced technology, possess a deep understanding of cross-border shoppers' needs, and be able to scale the program globally. You will lead work-streams involving cross-border delivery experience, Finance, Legal, Operations, SCOT, and Global Logistics, among others. This role involves navigating ambiguity and solving complex cross-border and cross-regional challenges, offering the opportunity to collaborate with diverse supply chain, logistics, product, and technical teams across Amazon internationally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve supply chain challenges across all facets of Amazon's cross-border business, including demand forecasting, inventory placement, buying, fulfillment, and delivery speed, to achieve measurable improvements for international customers.
- Own and drive the program roadmap for enhancing cross-border placement efficiency in key marketplaces and strategic XB nodes, collaborating with SCOT, supply chain, and fulfillment teams to achieve global scalability.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize inventory positioning and reduce end-to-end delivery times for international customers, working in conjunction with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Marketplace teams.
- Collaborate with an AI-focused team to develop intelligent, data-driven solutions that automate and expedite cross-border supply chain decisions, from forecasting to fulfillment.
- Define and monitor key performance metrics, such as in-stock rates, delivery speed, and placement accuracy, and establish mechanisms for identifying gaps, root causes, and implementing corrective actions at scale.
- Manage ambiguity within a fast-paced, cross-regional environment, fostering clarity, alignment, and execution across multiple concurrent work-streams.
