About The Position

Pyramid Consulting is hiring a Product Manager for an onsite contract opportunity in Richardson, Texas, with a term of at least six months and long-term potential. The role owns a product area from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and adoption. The Product Manager works with engineering, data, UX, brokers, and business leaders to turn complex workflows into clear product requirements, make scope and tradeoff decisions, align priorities, and measure outcomes. The role also drives adoption of core platforms and replaces offline tools and workarounds. The pay range is $55–$60 per hour. Requirements

5 to 7 years of product management experience, ideally on data, workflow, or AI-enabled products.
A track record of shipping products that changed a business metric, supported by artifacts such as roadmaps, PRDs, and adoption data.
Ability to work across business and technical conversations.
Comfort with data concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with brokers and engineers.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial real estate (CRE) or financial services.
