About The Position

NourishedRx is seeking a Product Manager to support product development and execution across our platform as we evolve into an AI-driven, intelligence-enabled system for Food is Health. This platform powers complex workflows across healthcare partners, care teams, food vendors, and members, and is increasingly being enhanced by agent-driven capabilities that enable automation, personalization, and operational scale. This role will help define how intelligent systems are embedded across the platform to improve member outcomes, streamline operations, and create differentiated value for customers. You will own key Product Initiatives to translate strategy into shipped capabilities. This role requires strong systems thinking, clarity of communication, and the ability to drive delivery in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives in high-growth environments.
  • Strong experience working closely with engineering teams on backend systems, integrations, and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear product requirements and execution plans.
  • Experience managing products that support operational workflows, not just user-facing interfaces.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to understand interactions between workflows, data, and systems.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong product strategy and roadmap development skills
  • Experience working with engineering teams on complex systems and integrations
  • Ability to define and document clear product requirements
  • Strong understanding of workflow-driven systems
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, or intelligent systems concepts
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience building or scaling AI-enabled products, automation systems, or intelligent workflows.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.
  • Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or reporting systems.
  • Experience supporting products used by internal operations or care teams.
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy and commercial positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery across multiple product areas, features, and new initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Data teams to define system designs, integrations, and scalable architecture.
  • Ensure product requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with engineering execution.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to translate real-world workflows into scalable product solutions.
  • Drive prioritization decisions based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource constraints.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to ensure product capabilities support sales, renewals, and market differentiation.
  • Define and track key metrics across engagement, operational efficiency, cost, and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve product development processes, including planning, refinement, and delivery practices.
