About The Position

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI, aiming to deliver 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. This involves rethinking every layer of the stack, from acquiring power and designing data centers to operating them. The company hires individuals who are deeply committed to this mission and operate with extreme ownership, velocity, first principles thinking, and a passion for the problem space. The Automation Team, in particular, focuses on shipping the software that enables the buildout of this infrastructure, replacing manual processes with product solutions and enabling rapid development cycles. The Product Manager role within this team will own the product for internal tooling, working closely with users on the factory floor, in site trailers, and at ops bridges to drive discovery and deliver solutions. The expectation is to ship weekly with a small engineering team, ruthlessly cutting scope to maintain a tight feedback loop and honestly measuring adoption to eliminate underperforming features.

Requirements

PM'd internal tools or operational software with real users.
Do discovery by watching work happen, not by sending surveys.
Write specs engineers thank you for: tight, decided, buildable.
Killed your own feature when the data said to.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure domains.
SQL fluency.

Responsibilities
