Hiring for 1-2 Product Managers to lead AI agent strategy and customer efficiency outcomes. This position involves defining guardrails for AI agent data security and strategy. The role requires a strong customer focus, data-driven approach, execution focus, and strategic thinking. The Product Manager will own one of two strategic swim lanes: either defining Opal's Agentic security strategy (how enterprises govern AI agents' access to data and systems) or building AI-powered agents that accelerate customer outcomes and drive efficiency. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent engaging directly with enterprise customers, customer success, sales, and sales engineering to validate product direction and deeply understand customer pain points. The other 50% will be dedicated to inbound product planning, including writing BRDs, defining requirements, setting KPIs, and managing roadmaps. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering daily to scope sprints, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality execution. They will constantly validate and iterate on the roadmap based on customer conversations, adoption metrics, and retention data, making decisive calls on product initiatives. The role also involves communicating strategy, trade-offs, risks, and outcomes clearly to cross-functional stakeholders through structured written documents and presentations. This role has the potential to grow into a leadership position as the company scales, serving as a potential successor to the CPO.
