Product Manager Wound Care
About The Position
Essity is looking for a smart, talented, and experienced wound care product marketing professional to lead the product portfolio of a growing antimicrobial medical device. The role of Product Manager – US Wound Care is a pivotal role in developing and translating customer and market insights that help drive clarity in understanding positioning and strategy for new customer adoption in the United States. The ideal candidate should live in Charlotte, NC area. We’re looking for people who embody our values, aren’t afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated 5 year work experience required in similar role in healthcare field
- Work experience at wound care medical device company
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong forward lean
- Strong utilization of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional business acumen
Responsibilities
- Clarity of thinking in crafting and communicating go-to-market plans ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned.
- A data-driven approach to marketing, demonstrating strong analytical skills as well as passion for product analysis, competitive analysis, and market dynamics
- Develop compelling narratives and value propositions
- Drive company positioning and messaging through developing relationships at industry events and professional associations.
- Drive clinical and health economic evidence of product portfolio to aid in health value-based procurement decisions
- Manage A&P budget, analyze ROI effectiveness of initiatives across 5Ps, execute corrective actions
- Excellent collaborator and communicator aligning forward movement across departments on product and marketing strategies
