About The Position

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wound Care Manager for their Dekalb (formerly Wesley Woods) Community. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional wound care to elders. The role requires an LPN or RN license and offers a day shift schedule with flexible hours, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN License in good standing, Georgia or Multistate license required
• 2 years of experience in wound care required
• Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
• 1 year of experience managing a wound care team preferred
• Current wound care certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage wound care for residents.
• Lead and foster teamwork with RN, LPN, and CNA care partners.
• Perform electronic charting.
• Organize and manage time effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
• Lead a wound care team.
