About The Position

Our mission is simple and unwavering: Improving Lives with Precision Diagnostics ® We are seeking a Product Manager with experience in Whole genome assay or Measurable Residual Disease for contributing to product development, launch and post-commercial activities that may include market/competitor analysis, working with KOLs, creation of product proposals based on market and product requirements, pricing, and maximizing portfolio for revenue and profitability. Headquartered in San Diego, with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia, Invivoscribe develops and manufactures a comprehensive portfolio of molecular and flow cytometry assays, reagents, controls, and bioinformatics tools under ISO 13485 design control. Our products and services support more than 700 clinical laboratories in over 160 countries. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or other related discipline with, typically, 3+ years of commercial experience at a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company.
  • Prior oncology, NGS, molecular biology and/or genomic software experience is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in a regulated industry such as IVD is advantageous.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA degree and marketing experience are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all commercial elements of the product lifecycle including market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, product/service launch and post market surveillance.
  • Work with cross departmental teams to compile data for product design and requirements including market data, competitive analysis and feature prioritization.
  • Drive the development of high-quality technical content, using product specifications and information from subject matter experts, consisting of cross-functional team members.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to define product objectives and contribute to effective marketing communication.
  • Develop product positioning strategies that differentiate our products/services from the competition.
  • Manage the user documentation and labeling.
  • Ensure compliance/conformity with quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess new product ideas and potential partnerships against customer needs and current market trends for ROI.
