About The Position

Lendable is a rapidly growing fintech company on a mission to build the world's best technology for credit and savings. Having established a strong presence in the UK, Lendable is now focused on aggressive growth in the US market, the largest lending market globally. The US Personal Loans division, launched in 2022, has already achieved significant originations and is poised for expansion. This role is crucial for driving that growth by owning multiple product areas, defining strategy, shipping features, and managing outcomes end-to-end. The company emphasizes building technology in-house, leveraging data, machine learning, and AI, and fostering a culture where individuals can make a material impact from day one.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics, with at least 1 year in a Product Manager role.
  • 1+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong understanding of lending and credit.
  • Highly curious, systems thinker who connects dots and thinks through end-to-end impact.
  • Experience building with AI (agents, workflows, code generation, analysis).
  • Track record of shipping products that have positively impacted real business metrics.
  • Very comfortable with data, analysis, and SQL; able to ask the right questions and answer them independently.

Responsibilities

  • Getting proprietary credit models into production by working with data science to turn research into real lending decisions.
  • Designing and building automations to significantly improve the efficiency of the operations team.
  • Using data to identify the most valuable initiatives for improving credit quality, reducing losses, assisting customers, or growing volume.
  • Determining the best ways to utilize LLMs for customer service, servicing, and collections.
  • A/B testing customer journeys from application through servicing to optimize conversion, satisfaction, and repayment.
  • Improving the post-origination experience, including payments, customer support, and all aspects after a loan is funded.
  • Leading the team, aligning and motivating stakeholders, and continuously improving delivery tools and processes.
