We are seeking a motivated Product Manager with a strong UX/UI background to join our OneSpan Product Management team. This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Montreal as it is a hybrid role.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably within enterprise, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes for complex, interactive applications.
Expertise in Figma [or modern equivalent].
Deep knowledge of UI design patterns, usability principles, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements into elegant user journeys.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, data) in agile environments
Strong understanding of product lifecycle and ability to align design decisions with business and user goals
Proven ability to translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive design solutions
Experience conducting and applying user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights

Nice To Haves

3+ years of B2B2C design experience
Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech)
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field

Responsibilities

Lead the UI design and user experience strategy for our eSignature Digital Agreements portfolio.
Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups from concept to launch.
Maintain and scale our Design System to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Apply WCAG 2.2 standards to ensure a truly inclusive experience for all users.
Partner with product management, engineering, and security researchers to turn complex, high-stakes security requirements into elegant, intuitive interfaces.
