Seeking.com is the world's largest premium dating platform, founded and led by an MIT alumnus and headquartered in Las Vegas. We work at the intersection of technology, consumer psychology, and product design at the highest level. Our mission is to help people foster genuine relationships and find love, and to rethink how social platforms can advance human connection. We are hiring the Product Designer who is going to help us design the next generation of Seeking, and we are looking for a specific kind of designer. Not the designer who makes screens prettier. The designer who changes what a screen is for. We want someone who will rethink how we present information to our members so they can make better decisions, and faster ones: who to talk to, who to trust, what to say, when to act, when to hold back. You will own the end-to-end design of the Seeking core experience across web and native mobile: onboarding, discovery, matching, messaging, profile, and subscription surfaces. You will be a true partner to the Product Manager, sharing the load on research, prototyping, spec, and instrumentation, and you will hold the visual and interaction bar for the whole platform. This role is open at two levels: Product Designer and Sr. Product Designer. Level and placement in the salary band are determined by depth of shipping history, ownership scope, and demonstrated impact on real customers. The role is the same shape at both levels; the Sr. level carries broader scope, more autonomy, and higher expectations on systems thinking and mentorship. This role may also be a fit for candidates whose current title is Product Designer, Sr. Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, UX Architect, Design Engineer, Founding Designer, Staff Designer, or IC Design Lead. If your day-to-day is designing and shipping products that move real customer outcomes, you should apply regardless of title. If your idea of design ends at pixels and Figma comments, do not apply. If you think about design as a decision-making tool and can point to work that has changed how real users understand or act on information, keep reading.
