About The Position

Lab37 Robotics is seeking a Product Manager to own the company's training products and learning management system (LMS). This role is responsible for both the platform and the content that ensures kitchen staff, field-service technicians, and support teams can effectively and safely use Lab37 systems. The Product Manager will lead the product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years in product management.
  • Experience owning an LMS, customer-education product, or similar learning technology.
  • A record of shipping products for frontline or technical users and demonstrating measurable results.
  • Experience leading content creation through technical writers, subject-matter experts, or other contributors.
  • Strong product judgment and analytical ability.
  • Ability to influence technical and operational teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities

  • Own the training and LMS roadmap, including setting product vision, priorities, and release plans.
  • Develop recommendations for build-versus-buy decisions and platform integrations for training products.
  • Author and maintain product artifacts such as PRDs, user stories, learner and administrator workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Lead user research and discovery to understand how frontline teams learn and work, translating insights into product and curriculum requirements.
  • Own content creation and quality, guiding technical writers and other creators, and approving final materials for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Ensure training content stays aligned with product updates by partnering with other Product Managers (Robotics, Culinary, Fleet, Customer Support).
  • Deliver the LMS end-to-end, from definition through pilot and rollout, working with engineering and operations to ensure a reliable learner experience.
  • Define KPIs for success across user groups and measure learning's impact on proficiency and performance, using data and feedback to guide the roadmap.
