The Token Authentication and eCommerce Programs team is at the forefront of Visa’s innovation responsible for building authentication solutions that reduce fraud and improve approval rates for e-commerce transactions. The team is responsible for defining requirements for new products, new payment initiatives and related services, collaborating with cross functional teams including, but not limited to, Product, Technology, Commercialization, UX Design/Research, Legal, Marketing, Branding, and different Visa Regional teams to build great products at scale and drive adoption. The team leads global tokenization and eCommerce initiatives, spanning strategy development, program design, and execution. This includes defining success metrics, sequencing market rollouts, aligning stakeholders across regions, and ensuring that authentication and enhanced data capabilities are integrated coherently across Visa’s broader eCommerce and identity portfolio.
