As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by handling and optimizing SAP Cloud Applications, including Ariba, Fieldglass, and Concur. Your technical prowess and strategic attitude will be key in ensuring projects within these applications will be executed seamlessly. This position offers a unique blend of technical challenges and strategic decision-making within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud applications (Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur, Jaggaer) or other SaaS applications.
Good knowledge of technical support, testing, defect resolution, and SAP implementation methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in the IT project delivery function; proven success developing and implementing solutions within a multi-stakeholder organization
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project management best practices
Proficiency in troubleshooting and deep knowledge of SAP Cloud applications including proficient in Agile Delivery Framework.
Basic programming knowledge (Python, Ruby, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of REST APIs and testing methodologies.
Experience in process mapping and workflow visualization using Visio or similar tools.

Nice To Haves

5+ years in a product related role is desirable.
5+ years in SaaS applications (example SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Concur, Jaggaer)
Concur experience preferred
PMP certification or equivalent is an asset.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the product vision and roadmap for applications like Concur and other spend management enterprise applications.
Oversee deployment and integration projects, driving the implementation and maintenance of RPA tools to enhance product offerings.
Champion process improvements and automation efforts by developing standard configuration documents and spearheading initiatives to refine product efficiency.
Manage Agile practices, product backlog, and facilitate change management processes to adapt to evolving changes.
Utilize defined project management methodologies to ensure solutions are supportable and sustainable.
