About The Position

The Technology Product Manager will develop and implement technology-driven strategies to improve performance in collision repair centers, focusing on repair order accuracy and parts procurement efficiency. This role involves partnering with Central Operations to define business needs, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions. The Product Manager will lead the selection and implementation of AI-powered Guided AI Agents, automation tools, and analytics solutions to streamline processes. Collaboration with various IT and operational teams is crucial for developing and deploying technology solutions, ensuring projects align with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. The role also requires driving continuous improvement through data analysis, key performance metrics, and customer feedback, while staying updated on emerging technologies and managing vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of process optimization in operations and supply chain environments.
  • Expertise in AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications.
  • Knowledge of ERP, supply chain management, and parts procurement software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to align stakeholders and drive adoption.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading process improvement initiatives in operations, logistics, or supply chain technology.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the automotive, repair, or aftermarket services industry is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP, CSPO, ITIL, or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technology-driven strategies to drive improved performance in our collision repair centers, including improving repair order accuracy and parts procurement efficiency.
  • Partner with Central Operations to define business needs, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Lead product selection and implementation for AI-powered Guided AI Agents, automation tools, and analytics solutions to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with application engineering, IT business analysis, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, data, procurement, and operational teams to develop and deploy technology solutions.
  • Ensure projects align with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, key performance metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and partners, conducting performance assessments and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
