This role serves as the front door for access and setup requests, partnering closely with hiring managers, IAM, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure timely, secure, and accurate enablement while continuously improving onboarding and offboarding processes. This Product Manager Specialist will be responsible for working with the Ford Pro Technology and Ford Pro Business for program support and coordination
Requirements
- Experience with hardware, software, and system provisioning.
- Familiarity with access and setup request processes.
- Ability to partner with hiring managers, IAM, infrastructure, and product teams.
- Skills in improving onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience working with technology and business teams for program support and coordination.
Responsibilities
