About The Position

As part of Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery organization, this role sits at the center of the Spark Driver earnings experience. You’ll shape how drivers understand, track, and receive their earnings within the Spark Driver App, ensuring the experience is accurate, transparent, and easy to navigate. This is a high-touch, highly regulated space, and we’re looking for a product leader who can quickly become a trusted, critical partner. You’ll collaborate across Pricing, Tipping, Tax, Accounting, and Compliance to deliver a cohesive earnings experience that builds driver trust and supports our growth at scale. The Last Mile Delivery team builds and scales products that make every aspect of delivery faster, simpler, and more transparent—for both customers and the drivers who make it happen. Our mission is to create an effortless earnings experience for thousands of independent drivers who rely on our platform every day.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
Experience creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and joining to continue creating accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

Lead coordination of all Earnings UI touchpoints for drivers, ensuring clarity, transparency, and ease of earning across the platform.
Serve as the go-to partner to ensure earnings information is thoughtfully designed and implemented when upstream or partner teams introduce new capabilities.
Partner with Engineering and Analytics to ensure KPIs are upheld.
Own updates to core driver-facing experiences (e.g., trip summaries, earnings breakdowns, and incentive displays) to improve comprehension and trust.
Support regional and regulatory earnings transparency requirements, ensuring compliance with evolving disclosure laws.
Define, develop, and enhance products by building clear roadmaps, writing PRDs, managing delivery, and evaluating performance against KPIs.
