About The Position

As part of Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery organization, this role will shape the operational intelligence and internal capabilities that keep Spark Driver earnings accurate, reliable, and scalable. You’ll define how we measure earnings health, strengthen our analytics and reporting foundations, and build tools that help teams identify and resolve issues quickly. This is a highly cross-functional, data-intensive space, and we’re looking for a hands-on product leader who can move comfortably between strategy and detail. You’ll partner across Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Accounting, and Compliance to turn ambiguous problems into durable products and operating mechanisms. The Last Mile Delivery team builds and scales products that make every aspect of delivery faster, simpler, and more transparent—for both customers and the drivers who make it happen. Within Driver Earnings, we own the experiences, data, and platforms that help ensure thousands of independent drivers are disbursed accurately and can clearly understand their earnings.
