About The Position

TabaPay is seeking a dual-threat Product Manager to lead the evolution and commercialization of Shield, our identity and risk intelligence suite. Shield is transitioning from an internal control to a premier, revenue-generating product line. We need a leader who is deep in the technology stack but driven by market success. In this role, you will own the Shield product end-to-end. You will define how our complex identity and risk tools—including 3DS, Real-Time Monitoring (RTM), Network Tokens, AVS/ANI, and Identity Verification—are packaged, integrated, and sold to the market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Management with a track record of managing technically complex products (Risk, Identity, or Security) with a clear commercial mandate.
  • Substantial experience with the technical implementation of 3DS, RTM/Fraud Engines, Payment Tokens, and Identity/KYC workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to package technical features into marketable products, including pricing strategy and GTM execution.
  • Proven ability to educate and upskill non-technical, client-facing teams and align diverse business units around a unified vision.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate "Risk Data" into "Business Value" narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for Shield. Define how we productize our risk intelligence to provide value to external customers while maximizing TabaPay’s revenue.
  • Serve as the definitive expert on the technical mechanics and data orchestration of the Shield stack, including 3DS (Authentication), Real-Time Monitoring (RTM) logic, Network Tokenization, AVS/ANI, and Identity/KYC tools
  • Lead the "outside-in" design of Shield. Work with Engineering to ensure our risk tools are scalable and API-first, and with Marketing to create compelling positioning and sales enablement.
  • Act as the primary SME for Shield in customer discussions. You will train and enable all client-facing teams (Sales, Account Management, and Support) to ensure they can confidently articulate Shield’s value proposition and best practices.
  • Act as the strategic hub for Shield, partnering with Risk and Compliance for domain expertise, Finance and Legal for commercial scalability, and Data Science to extract and translate RTM and 3DS performance into clear ROI narratives and prioritized engineering feedback loops.
  • Manage relationships with third-party providers. Negotiate commercial terms and evaluate technical performance to ensure they meet TabaPay’s standards and margin goals.
