Job Description U.S. Bank is seeking the position of Product Manager, Retail Payment System (multiple positions) in Brookfield, WI. Essential Responsibilities: Define vision and roadmap for retail payment system products. Conduct market research for industry edge and user feedback to recommend product enhancements. Drive new product features and functionality across the organization. Define product outcomes and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) through stakeholder collaboration. Monitor information technology features, project management, and lead end-to-end product development execution and launch in conjunction with OKRs. Oversee risk identification and mitigation plan within JIRA framework. Make data driven recommendations. Lead plan for modernization of the technical product and user experience improvement for user debt reduction.

Requirements

• Position requires a Master's degree in Finance or Information Systems, and 3 years in an Business Intelligence Analyst, or related, occupation.
• Must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: 1. Perform data analysis using SQL; 2. Develop and testing software applications using Scrum framework; 3. Develop product features using Servicenow; 4. Document products using Confluence; 5. JIRA framework and Tableau; and 6. Create business process flows using Visio and lucid chart.
