About The Position

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting a Product Manager, Professional Promotion (DARZALEX FASPRO®) located in Horsham, PA. The Product Manager will help execute professional marketing strategies for DARZALEX FASPRO®. In this role you will be developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and resources for oncology field teams. The product manager will work closely with a large, cross-functional team from Brand Marketing, Sales Leadership, US Medical Affairs, Commercial Strategy & Operations, Finance, and Oncology Portfolio marketing to develop professional marketing plans and tactics for DARZALEX FASPRO®. The Product Manager will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core member of the brand team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience, and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
  • Experience with project management
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnight and weekend travel

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • Experience in oncology
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time

Responsibilities

  • Field sales execution related to sales meeting planning, competitive training, launch activities, new hire training
  • Resource development related to brand 1 pagers, objection handling, Field Coaching Reports (FCR), metrics that matter
  • Develop, own, and implement strategies for personal promotion directed to health care professionals. Key components will include strategic and tactical execution planning, agency oversight, PRC/regulatory review.
  • Actively lead and contribute to Professional Promotion Team responsibilities, such as field engagement, training initiatives and customer interaction along with culture-building activities.
  • Work efficiently with external agencies, key internal partners and cross functional groups within the organization.
  • Serve as the point of contact for strategic insights & analytics related to Sales Force Effectiveness (SFEA) and Attitude, Trial, Usage (ATU) to form an insight to action approach
  • Ownership for field Omnichannel execution related to the Dynamic Engagement Plan (DEP), Wizard, Veeva
