Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine About the Role The Product Manager, Professional Education, will support the recent launches of TREMFYA into Gastroenterology across Crohn’s disease & Ulcerative colitis, reporting into the Group Product Director. This is a critical marketing position on the Gastroenterology marketing team to shape the strategy and develop implementation plans for this critical launch. The Product Manager, Professional Education, will be responsible for the Prof Ed strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years business experience is required; immunology experience is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, sales learning & development, payer, or related fields is preferred.
  • The ability to be creative, enthusiastic, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
  • A willingness to embrace AI and leverage it as an enabler is critical.
  • The role requires being a self-starter, highly accountable, and having strong project planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and social skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and work within a team, are essential for success.
  • Experience managing multiple demands and priorities, ensuring timely alignment and decision-making, is crucial to this position’s success.
  • This position is based in Horsham, PA, with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week (J&J Flex).
  • Up to 25% domestic travel, including overnight and weekend travel, may be required.
  • A deep understanding of the English language is necessary to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the Professional Education strategy and P2P DOME deck development, in close collaboration with the cross-functional team across Marketing Operations, Thought Leader Liaisons, Copy Approval Committee, Medical Affairs, etc.
  • Lead the National Faculty training plan development and execution.
  • Lead the development and execution of National Broadcasts to showcase news throughout the year, working closely with HCP Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Lead product theater development and execution at national GI congresses with HCP Key Opinion Leader speakers.
  • Participate in advisory boards and attend scientific sessions where needed.
  • Manage agency partners, ensuring rigor in marketing excellence and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.
