About The Position

The Product Manager – Personalization & Digital Products will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for personalization capabilities across web, mobile, and marketing channels. This role involves identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience using data, AI/ML, and contextual insights, and aligning the product vision with business goals such as engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. The Product Manager will also build and scale personalization use cases like recommendations, segmentation, dynamic content, and cross-sell, leveraging customer, supplier, and contextual data to deliver relevant and timely experiences. A key aspect of this role is partnering with data science teams to develop and optimize ML models, such as recommendation systems and propensity models. The position requires owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving execution through collaboration with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders, and managing product backlogs. Additionally, the role involves creating compelling product narratives, influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership, driving A/B testing and experimentation, and tracking key performance indicators to refine strategies. The Product Manager will also work with data platforms to leverage 360° customer and supplier data for personalization, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with data governance standards.
