This role focuses on defining and executing the roadmap for personalization capabilities across web, mobile, and marketing channels. The Product Manager will identify opportunities to enhance customer experience using data, AI/ML, and contextual insights, aligning the product vision with business goals such as engagement, conversion, and revenue growth. The position involves building and scaling personalization use cases like recommendations, segmentation, dynamic content, and cross-sell, leveraging customer, supplier, and contextual data to deliver relevant experiences. A key aspect is partnering with data science teams to develop and optimize ML models. The role requires owning the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving execution through collaboration with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders, and managing product backlogs. Strong communication skills are essential for creating compelling product narratives and influencing stakeholders. The Product Manager will also drive A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve performance, track key KPIs, and use insights to refine strategies. Integration with data platforms to leverage customer and supplier data for personalization, while ensuring scalability, compliance, and adherence to data governance standards, is also crucial.
