About the Team Our Partnerships business works directly with external partners to offer valuable products to our customers via private label or co-branded credit cards that provide incremental benefits relative to a standard credit card. Within the Partnerships organization, our team is focused on supporting modernization efforts across our enterprise platforms, leading portfolio conversions, automating data mapping tasks, and ensuring the products we offer our partners and customers meet the highest possible standards. We are in the early stages of our platform modernization efforts, and our team is at the forefront of helping to define the destination state of how our enterprise platforms will support the Partnerships business. These modernization efforts will play a crucial role in advancing Capital One’s stature as a cutting edge Tech company, helping to move away from mainframes and onto modern, cloud-based solutions. Our team is also working to define the destination state for key features like product setup, promotional financing, portfolio conversions, and data mapping, among others. These areas are ripe for automation and other enhancements to improve the products and processes. Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
