About The Position

LeanData is seeking a Director of Product & Ecosystem Partnerships to enhance LeanData's value through strategic partnerships. This role involves owning the joint-value proposition with existing and new partners, defining shared use cases, shaping integrations, and driving adoption. The position is product-weighted, requiring fluency in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and positioning to build the foundation for GTM teams. The Director will be responsible for making LeanData demonstrably better with partners than without them, acting as the connective tissue between the product roadmap and the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B SaaS across product management, product marketing, technology/product partnerships, or ecosystem/business development with clear product gravity.
  • A track record of defining joint value and turning it into shipped integrations and compelling narratives.
  • Strong negotiation and agreement-structuring skills, with experience landing durable partnership and commercial terms.
  • Excellent cross-functional project management skills, with proven ability to drive internal teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in GTM and positioning.
  • Command of the modern RevTech and MarTech stack (e.g., Salesforce, sales engagement, ABM/intent, scheduling).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across various audiences.
  • Genuine curiosity about B2B go-to-market operations, tech-oriented and energized by learning the domain deeply.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience standing up a partner or integration ecosystem for a new (0→1) product line.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and AppExchange dynamics.
  • Prior work bridging product and partnerships specifically.
  • Background in revenue operations, marketing automation, agentic GTM, or sales engagement tooling.
  • Experience building business cases for strategic partnerships and presenting them to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the joint-value and integration ecosystem across LeanData’s product suite.
  • Define where partnerships create customer value, shape the integrations that deliver it, negotiate agreements, and project-manage initiatives to completion.
  • Turn partner overlap into differentiated, shipped value across established and new products.
  • Own the joint-value and integration strategy for existing products, deepening relationships with current partners and onboarding new ones.
  • Build LeanData’s integration partner ecosystem for AI-native products from the ground up, defining partner categories and integration sequences.
  • Identify partner product and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) overlaps and translate them into concrete, differentiated joint use cases.
  • Consider the entire customer journey: onboarding, day-to-day usage, expansion, and buying decisions.
  • Define and communicate the "better together" story for each priority partnership.
  • Define outcomes and joint investment commitments with partners.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create assets like solution briefs, joint use-case content, and launch narratives.
  • Serve as the voice of the ecosystem within product planning, influencing the roadmap with partner and market input.
  • Lead partnership scoping and negotiate integration, co-marketing, and commercial terms.
  • Project-manage internal workstreams including product build, marketing asset creation, and agreement negotiation.
  • Drive external partner action, keeping initiatives on track and serving as a single point of contact.
  • Monitor adoption, success, and product lifecycle changes for partner-integrated experiences.
  • Stay informed about industry and partner announcements, roadmap shifts, and M&A to identify new strategic opportunities.
  • Build business cases for new partnerships, assessing feasibility, cost, and projected return.
  • Bring GTM and positioning fluency to partnerships to ensure they are set up for sales success.
  • Represent the ecosystem in cross-functional and executive forums.

Benefits

  • This is a builder’s mandate, owning the ecosystem for newest products from the ground up and shaping partnerships across the whole suite.
  • The problem space is rich, sitting at the intersection of data, workflow, AI, and the GTM stack.
  • LeanData is at a strategic inflection point, investing in AI, expanding the product suite, and deepening its ecosystem.
  • Product has a seat at the table, with a product-weighted role reporting to the Chief Product Officer and influencing the roadmap.
  • Bay Area roots, global impact, working with sophisticated B2B companies.
